Izabella's Ears

For those who think I am a horrible mother for getting my little girls ears pierced, don't you think that is our decision as a parent? I think it is better to do it when your child is young and when you can take care of them yourself instead of trying to make sure they are taken care of when they are old enough to know they are there and possibly not take care of them? I have so many friends that this has happened to. She cried for like 5 second becuase the noise startled her. She never touches them and they are very healthy because I have taken good care of them. I pretty much think if you don't like it, don't read my blog and keep your comments to yourself!

Hope,

You DO NOT have to justify why you decided to pierce Izabella's ears! It's cowards who feel they have to push their agendas on others under "anonymous".

Personally, I'm not a fan of baby ear piercing, but I have enough sense to know that everyone has the right to make whatever decision is right for them.

You have waited a LONG time for your precious Izabella and she looks beautiful with her little earrings. Don't let Anonymous burst your bubble or spoil your fun!

Shame on you, Anonymous!

I'm a guest and an avid fan of your blog.
Honestly, for the Chinese - it's REALLY common for female's ears to be pierced. It's not a kind of mutilation or anything for us,but instead a sign of femininity and beauty. And most parents do prefer to have their children's ears pierced when they are still babies. Other people should just respect that and it's not something to make a big deal! Reallyyyy!
I think you're a wonderful mom with a beautiful baby. Best regards! ^__^

Chase got her ears pierced at two months old right after her immunizations per our doctors request. He actually felt like this was a great time because you are so consumed with caring for their every need that this would be easily done as well.I asked him about pain and he said, "it hurts less than a shot and the tears usually just come from being startled by the noise.
Anonymous,
